I simply ask if you can do a set whilst they rest. But those that are ignorant and rude enough to use their phone whilst sitting on the kit are also usually reluctant to let you do a set in between. What about those strength training who are resting for 2-3minutes at a time?
The main problem that I found with the pure gym in Brighton is that it was far too busy. The kit was decent but there was just never enough of it. It was cheap though!
Apparently Nottingham has over 1500 members pre-opening, but because i'll train at times when most people aren't there, i don't think i'll suffer from that.
We also have multiples of the most common pieces of kit; chest press, shoulder press, leg press etc.
Plus with a rolling monthly membership, you can cancel whenever you want.
When i went yesterday i quizzed them as to how they could ensure non-members can't get in using a members pin code. They haveCCTV right in front of where you walk in and everything is logged......although his answers weren't terribly convincing tbh.
It's 1.5 mile from city centre. Lol, i can see the odd member wanting a sleepover when walking back from town drunk.
