I bought the Arctic Accelero Xtreme Plus II VGA Cooler for this card.

It will be my first time doing this. Does anyone have a Inside pic of this card and show me where I put all the Heat Sinks? I want to make sure I'm doing this right?

Any help would be grateful. Thanks:)

Installed Cooler and everything went well. Idle temps were 52C now their 32C after install. best money I've ever spent. When playing BF3 temps are 48C to 50C. before they were 70C to 75C Extremely happy with cooler so far:)

The thermal tape from the stock cooler usually gives a good indication in case you missed something.

And thanks for sharing.

They are fantastic gregster.

Personally I'm dubious about the glue, others aren't but the Akasa tape gets my vote every time, it sticks solid if you rub off the vrams/sinks properly and if you have to rma, there's also a possibility AIB's won't be happy if they spot that glues ran onto the pcb.

You were right tommy on the Akasa tape. I used that instead of that crappy glue and so far everythings fine.

gregster You have to get a cooler. You'll freak at the temp drop.
