Puzzle Help

Hi,
I am trying to work out the answer to a puzzle in a game by using excel:

I need to find out how many times on a 12 hour digital clock any number appears 3 or more times over the duration of one day. I ahve enterd all the times into excel in this format:

1:01
1:02
1:03
1:04

all the way to:

11:58
11:59
12:00

How can I do a count to work out the answer for those which I can then double to gain the amount for 1 full day remembering it is a 12 hour clock.

Why use excel its pretty simple really?

does it display 1 o'clock as 1:00 or 01:00?

Just to let you know that the final answer was 34 as i told you the question wrong it should be 3 or more of the same number IN A ROW so this list is correct:
