PWM fan cables are they ok ?. Any expericance with them good or bad ?.

check on fan spliter

I asked a question not long back about the akasa pwm fans and wanted to check if any1 has used these splitters ?. After trolling google for a wile on different names i found these and it actully said overclockers used to stock them but not anymore so i came here to ask was there any problem with them ? will they be ok for the akasa pwm fans ?.

Just wanted to check if there was any problems or any expericance with them before i bruaght them off somewhere els ?. I need them so i can connect up 3 ofthe akasa fans and make sure there ok.

well i want my 1 to conenct into the fan controller so i wont need the molex power supply on it. also if you get that splitter wil i mean you wont have controll on fan speed ?? as its connected into tthe power supply so no controller over its speed ?. im actully thinking of buying a few of the 1 i linked as i may get more pwm fans to put in other parts of my case so didnt wantthem all connecting into the MB and slighty worrid cables wont be long enough to for my fans that are in the top of my case to come down and connect to a connector in the MB.

main reason for this post is will they be ok with the akasa fans and also a website stated OC used to stock these but they dont now so was asking ws there known problems with them or are they ok ?.

ok thats how it works now i knowhwat 1 to pick

. so the 1 that is in the MB later that will give you controlsl on rpm of the 3 fans ?.

Need someone to really confirm if i can do that ? as ifi ts a fan controlelr then that is then pluged to the fan controller wont that casue it problems ? as the fan controlelr already has power with a molex then more power with the cable in the back of the pc like a usb port ?. wont a futher molex cause problems or over kill ???.
