q6600 go at stock want to OC it

I have the Q6600 go from intel and i have the true cooler and i am looking for advice on how to OC it.
I have the evga 750i and i am a nub at this but it has me interested so any advice would be great

yup and after reading i got my q6600 to 3ghz using 1334fsb

Took me a little while to find the right options on that BIOS.
