Q6600 got to 3.4ghz with 1.35v, whats the average voltage for these chips?

HI ive ogt a Q6600 too got it running at 3.6ghz atm runs prime for 12hrs no error n everything.......Does anyone seem to get occasional boot reset at all? It runs great in wondows but 1/10 boot end up resettin on the vista loading screen. possible something else?

1.38 in Vista- vid of 1.2625 400x9 to give me 3600 with temps of 35-7 idle and around 52-54 under load. 24 hours of priming and it never went over 59.
I have been up to 3.8 but never tested it cos it felt a little slow in comparison, still idled at 42 and wouldnt go 0ver 59
Geil Ultra @4 4 4 12 1/1 with memory.
All on air,-Freezer Pro and MX-2.
Luvverly chip, not sure wether to improve my OC as performance doesnt feel much better after about 415 mhz, although it did seem to improve my 3d mark scores a lot @3.8g...

If it 'feels' slow its probably because the cpu was far from stable at the set clock, OS was no doubt dropping corrupted data left right and centre!!

3.6 vs 3.8 won’t be noticeably different, but it certainly shouldnt feel slower!

Got to be honest here, I felt like I may have hit my max stable [email protected]. I didm't try and tune it or get all anal about memory timings etc.

You may have inspired me to go onto greater overclocks

Tuniq tower 1.2250 vid, prime stable, low temps.

Got my Q6600 running at 3.2 (400 * 8), VID is 1.2625, Vcore 1.3 in the BIOS, max temps when priming peak at around 59C.

Just changed my motherboard to a P5K Premium :

Q6600 @ 3.2Ghz with 1.250v BIOS (1.184v in CPUZ) - 400x8

Will do 3.5 with 1.375v, but i'd rather keep the low volts and low temps.

For a 1.2375 VID Q6600 to do 3.6GHz with less than 1.3v is pretty damn good! mine will do exactly the same but its a 1.2125 VID.
