Okay I think I've sorted it haha.
Might I enquire how you did it?
I have same gear and same prob, annoyingly hot, and not happy beyond 3Ghz (it's the 3.3 Guaranteed job).
Not sure I used enough gloop, not sure the fan is on tight enough, or too tight, and best of all, I have a sneaking feeling it's blowing the wrong way......I saw no flow arrow, so based the orientation on that shown in the "manual", with curved edges facing up when viewed through the ram slots....but I swear I can feel air coming out the front and the front is hotter than the back.
Case is an antec900, so case airflow's good (not that I've strapped the sides on it yet).
