Still dosent mean your Quad will get to 3.6GHZ. It most proberly will but no one can be certain that your particular chip will hit 3.6GHZ. It might cap out at 3.5GHZ.

No one knows until you try it. Thats the reality of it im afraid.

Also i would go for a bigger radiator, if your going to water cool your gpu.
I would go for a 360 rad.

cooler in mine sig temps 47 first core idle i don't know why but it is always wormer then others 42 c full load 60 c somewere
 
1.5 v temps are <50 c idle and around 60c load

Apogee gtx block with ek fc 8800gtx block on loop.

TC PA 120.3 rad

DDC Ultra

It can bench 3.8gb aswell.

Its on P5k Deluxe with OCZ 9200 Flex XTC ram (Running at around 1200Mhz)
and asus 8800gtx.
