Q6660 & P5k overclocking help

hi every 1,wonder if you could help me out,ive overlocked my q6600 to 3.2,just wanted to see if ive done it properly is voltage etc ok? any help would be great,i have took pics of the bios settings to let yous see what ive put in

Looks OK to me, but I don't know much about the memory side. Just make sure you've minimised the CPU voltage to keep those temps down, though by the looks of it you already have.

Looks ok to me, I run my CPU at 3.05 with 1.18v going through it if that helps any.

Run prime or something like that then try drop the volts as much as you can, every little helps.

thx for the help guys,ill play around with the voltage. is my cpu settngs ok ?

See if you can get the NB down to 1.3v.

only goes to 1.25v my nb voltage mate u think i should try that
