Hi all, I have a computer with a DFI LANPARTY DK X48-T2RS motherboard, 8GB Corsair 800Mhz DDR2 Memory and a Q9650 processor with a Zalman Cooler (stock atm, but will switch shortly). I would like to overclock it, but can't get it stable past 3.2Ghz, which isn't particularly good. There's lots of options and I'm aware of the basics of overclocking (managed to get an E2200 to 3Ghz alright in a different computer) but there are so many options for this board I don't really know where to go. I've got pictures of the BIOS for the expert overclockers among you to help me with 
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
EDIT: Forgot to mention, that quite often attempts to overclock fail and the machine refuses to boot and I have to reset the bios to be able to boot the system.
