QNAP Raid Issue

hi all

My QNAP TS559 Pro II developed a bad drive, I replaced it with a spare and expected the array to rebuild like it did in the past when this happened.

However the array status is "Not active" and drive 5 is shown as unmounted when it should be part of the array.

Anyone have a suggestion on what I can do to fix this?

Might be worth stating what the issue was in case anyone has a similar issue in the future.

Nothing more to add beyond whats in the OP.

QNAP connected in and got access back to the array, but its unstable so I'd grabbing data of it as fast as possible!
