QNAP TS-451 Issue

Hi Guys,

Just received my QNAP TS-451 and 2x 4TB (WD40EFRX) NAS Drives.

Plugged them both in, turn it on and run the software to set it up and it only discovers one drive.

NAS Enclosure is giving me 3 beeps. Is one of the drives faulty do we think? Doesn't recognise it in any slot and is making some strange noises.

Are the green lights on for both HDD slots?

EDIT: If its making strange noises best try and hook it upto a PC if possible to see if the drive is faulty.

Green light is at first on for both, then it gives 3 beeps, light goes out and the drive seemingly stops spinning.

Just tried it again to confirm, spins (sounds like something is catching inside and repeats) no HDD light is on. Then after around 30 secs 3 beeps.
