Quad apps?

I've just gone Quad and I have to say that around windows even with 4xprime95 running everything feels very smooth, but...

What games/apps/encoders actually use 4 cores?

Sup com, x264 and maybe photoshop, i'm not sure. Probably lots of others, but those i'm pretty sure are actually quite well optimised.

dBPowerAmp. It gives you a progress bar for each core as well.

Quite a few music production apps (eg. sonar and reason that i use) do, also the apps mentionned above especially the 3d apps

Also interstingly scanning the replaygain values uses multiple cores
