    Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. Quad Core // AMD or Intel

AMD are great. Depends what you want from your CPU. If you are into benchmarking all the time then Intel i suppose. Put a top AMD next to a top Intel, in real life terms and you won't notice the difference.
