Quality PSU help

Been trying to decide myself, think i will go for the Antec TruePower series as it seems to get decent reviews all around.

The ripple on the Silent Pro Gold line is in spec I believe, just higher than 50% of it under high load conditions.

The 3.3v and 5v rails are on edge of ATX spec... and the 12v hovers at around 70-100mV. That is in spec, but it isn't good... It's just "OK".

I've been re-reading Silent Pro Gold reviews and ATIorNvidia, you are correct, I wouldn't buy a Silent Pro Gold unit based on what I am seeing.
