I really love these, uni-ball Signo Gel Grip UM-151 Rollerball Pens. 0.7 gel ink by Mitsubishi.

Get a fountain pen; a delight to use and will get you compliments.

I paid £1 for my notepad from The Works, and £2.50 for the pen at the SCFC store. Both work a treat.
