Quantum of Solace Demo out!!!

It is poor to say the least.

Its clearly designed for consoles, and I don't even mean that in the "oh its dumbed down" way, even the menu backgrounds aren't high res enough for the PC, and why does it look and feel so bad, how did they butcher the CoD 4 engine so much?
 
My opinions are, not very impressed:(
Its not awful, just nothing special from your bog average shooter. Run after guy, find bad guys, duck, shoot, repeat.
It's running a bit laggy on my system, when I have no idea why when the visuals are nothing special, and its not all that fun.
Had high hopes for this:(:(
 
Well the download just failed with a few hundred KB to go, and as i was only get 120kbps down in the first place, and the opinions of those above, I don't think i'l bother.
 
I think theyve locked it at 30 FPS, god knows why. Its too short for me to give it an opinion tbh, the graphics seemed "nice" to me (clean).
 
Well just played it, its pretty short for a demo, but I will definatly be buying it!
Thought it was excellent :D
 
*yawn* more wolverine regenerating health consolised crap. Also love how the guy you're chasing its possible in several instances to riddle him with bullets and he keeps on troting away. :rolleyes:

Played as far a the end of the tunnels then quit, dunno if theres more to it than that game started getting laggy and choppy once that vid played for some reason.
 
Just voicing others really too short, except i liked the combat. I will try the 360 demo if their has been one released as i was going to pick this up for the 360 anyway.

I do hope it plays better on the 360 as it was most anticipated game of the year.
