The telephone number for the BT line I use for broadband [Zen] is soon to be changed as it's being transferred with someone moving out.
I'll be getting a new number for the line, but my question is how does the number change affect my connection? I guess I'll need to let Zen know about the new number, and BT about the ADSL connection, but will I have to get reactivated and will there be downtime?
