Question about Dram voltage on i7920

Hi guys

I am trying to get a stable 4ghz overclock on my i7920 and wondered does anyone know if its ok to put 1.66 -1.68v through the memory on a
i7920?

Reason I ask is that when I try and change the memory voltage my BIOS to anything above 1.6 it warns me in big red letters not to go above 1.6v as it will damage the cpu.

Edit: Heres the memory I have Corsair XMS3 6GB DDR3 PC3-12800C8

its just that my pc keeps rebooting when i run prime 95 and i wondered if it was becasue of not enough juice to the ram.

not sure if i want to go above 1.65 if its gonna fry my cpu though....
