If you have 1 item under preorder do they hold back on the complete order until the item comes into stock then they ship out the whole order in one go.?

Yes they hold your order back, I ordered a CPU and they was holding my order back for a £30 out of stock cpu fan cooler

I had to phone them, to part ship.
