question for R/C people

Unless the track is wet i would use slicks all the way, if the track is dusty, it should "groove" up after a couple of heats have been around and a nice black line a metre or so wide on the racing line form for you, where it is clean and some rubber has been laid down.

yer i also understand that, but most people at the club are using semi-slicks this season, only reason i went for semi-slicks this year, last i used full slicks, and it does get tighter after 2 heats, but then their is only 1 heat then final left, which leaves me 1 heat to fine tune the car for the final, which didnt work out well last season for anyone.
