Question for those who own a 360 and PS3

I have only had my PS3 for a couple of weeks now, but I bought CoD4 and Assassin's Creed for the PS3. I have CoD 4 for the 360, but haven't played it half as much as the PS3 one.

At this present moment in time, unless a review sways me otherwise, I am likely to get SP games for the PS3 and MP for the 360.

If/when PSN is sorted to give the XMB in-game and decent private chat, a la 360, then I will be happy to MP on that system. Until then...

Personally I prefer the PS3 pad for FPS games and the 360 for driving ones, but as for which looks better, I don't really mind.

Scort.

360 due to Live, mates having a 360 and not a PS3 and I'm a sucker for achievements. May not mean much in the long term but they add a nice edge to games when spread out well.

but few are to the shocking standard GRAW2 and The Darkness.

Unfortunately it looks like we're not over this trend yet... re. Orange Box.

After spending a significant amount of time with a near final version of the PS3 game, it's apparent that this version suffers from a number of technical flaws, which at best merely hinder game play and at worst make the experience downright unplayable. Framerate is a consistent issue throughout the Half-Life series of games included in The Orange Box. One moment you'll be cruising through the game at 30 frames per second and the next you'll be enjoying a slideshow of series protagonist Gordon Freeman cruising down the river. However, Portal suffers from no such technical hiccups and is on its way to being a pitch-perfect port of the spatial reasoning exercise. Due to a server connection issue, we were unable to get any time with Team Fortress 2.

With the clock ticking, EA has a limited amount of time to fix the glaring issues which plague this port of The Orange Box. Unfortunately, it seems that, once again, PlayStation 3 owners are doomed to suffer through another substandard version of a multiplatform game.

The only ps3 game i own is pes2008 that came with it - i have about 20 xbox360 games
i almost bought assasins creed for ps3 but heard the 360 version had better frame rates
i do want to buy ps3 games its just its exclussive titles look average (although i must confess motorstorm is on my wanted list) and the multiformat titles seem to be better on 360 which suprises me
