[Question] Fridge Pump?

Could I hook a bog standard fridge pump up to my liquid cooling system (or even a freezer pump) as opposed to a radiator and run it using my mains inlet socket???

They are designed for refrigeration circuits using refrigerant gas, not a water loop.

there are ways to use a fridge to cool the water in your loop, but using just the pump out of it is not the way... you can also buy water chillers which effectively do the same thing for not very much money and modding a fridge will be very ugly, very noisy and probably not any cheaper by the time all is said and done

Your choices are using a chiller or TECs; think long and hard before going ahead with either though and make sure you do your research, or it'll be a very hard and expensive lesson!
