hey

I wish to loose some weight, Im 15st and 6ft

Problem is i cannot lift weights or use a treadmill as much as i would like, due to a fractured disk in my spine, This has since healed but left me in constant pain and this paid is worse when my spine is under any sort of pressure.

My ballooning weight has caused the paid to increase, thus i am looking to loose it.

I am in no way Fat, I am a size 34 and wear medium shirts.

What would you do in my situation?

Go and see a physio and a doctor, because something is very obviously not right.

Well eat healthy for a start, and then do some very low impact exercise. Walking perhaps?

Swimming.

List out your daily diet. If exercise is an issue for you, then diet is the way to go. Hell, even if exercise isn't an issue, a poor diet will always scupper any chances you have! So tell us what you eat on a daily basis, we'll rip it apart, and you'll get thin again.

Also, stop telling yourself you're not fat. I've been 15st at 6ft, and I was fat. I'm now around 12 - 12.5st and still (miraculously) 6ft, and far from lean. You probably are fat. Now that you've identified this, it's gonna be all the easier to rally up that motivation and get this beat :D

My diet.... Well being a student i eat what i can when i can, ready meals and sometimes the missus cooks a nice meal.
I visit McDonalds far to much simply because its conveniant.

I miss Breakfast most days, and some days lunch as well, having only one meal a day, yea i get hungry but money is tight most... of the time i simply forget to eat cus im buying working.

Exercise is ok i think, I cycle to the train station and then fron train to uni each day, i use a pull up bar each day..
I do have a gym membership but haven't been in a long while..

I got a badly taken pic for you
Have a look at my hunk of flesh!

I didnt think i was fat :(

I used to swim at a national level back when i was 15, came second in the Uk national champs in 100m Butterfly :D
I was as ripped as anything back then... Then i got this injury and had to stop.

Bit of a hard pic to gauge fatness from as you're stretching your chest up and we can't see your gut, but yes at first glance you're not that bad :D Where do you hide it? :p

in my head i think ;)

My gut is defo there, Especially when i "let it go. or when i'm sitting down.

I'm going to start having the three regular meals a day, and makeing sure i stop the mcdonalds.

Im due to get married in December and want to shed most of this fat i have built up.
