question on hd 5850

i have looked everywhere for hd 5850 graphics cards and the only one i can find that a website have that is in stock is the powercolour hd 5850.
so my question is :
is the powercolour hd 5850 any good. and what tweaks/extra's do the powercolour version give , if any ?
