Question On RAID 0 Performance

I am in the process of ordering my hard drive(s) & am deciding whether to buy 2 of the following in RAID 0: -

320 Gb Seagate ST3320620AS Barracuda 7200.10, SATA300, 7200 rpm, 16MB Cache, 8.5 ms, NCQ

Or 1 of the following: -

150 Gb Western Digital WD1500AHFD Raptor X, SATA 150, 10000 rpm, 16MB Cache, 4.6 ms, NCQ

Which would give me the better performance?

I've heard the Seagate's are extremely noisy which is the only thing which puts me off them.
