(There is one on the A40 out of town near Park Royal in the central reservation that is set up like this)

I have fun triggering these around northants on my bike... well I did up until december when I left the crummy uk

As said, they usually put them on a central reservation with lines either side so that they can swivel them round, though all the ones near me have never changed direction as long as I can remember.
