Something's been bugging me for ages, people claim that however well you have formatted your hard drive there will always be a way to get the data back. But how is this possible?? I mean, I don't know much about how the more rigorous formatting programs work but if they go as far as to re-arrange/reset all the 1's and 0's on a hard disk then how on earth can the data still be recovered? Any input greatly appreciated!
