I'm about to put together my new build but was wondering if it'd be fine to install Windows 7 64bit on the new SSD, and use that as my 'primary' drive (not sure of the terminology
) and leave everything that I currently have on my HDD (it's the HDD from my old system) but delete Windows XP 32bit off it?
Basically, there's a bunch of stuff I want to keep on my current HDD, but I don't know if the new OS installed on the SSD would be able to access whatever I didn't delete.
Heh, spent literally weeks researching and choosing the right hardware, and now my lack of software knowledge is stopping me from finally enjoying all the 'work' and getting it up and running!
