Is the antec 300 paint finish supposed to be rough and have lots of little black bumps?

Right, well i have seen antec 300's (like my own) with poor quality paintwork (all lumpy bumpy) but i have also seen antec 300's with smooth paintwork.

Perhaps it depends on the batch, maybe earlier ones had worse paint. Some have cpu backplate cutouts and some dont also. Mine for example does.
