Questions about importing PS3 games / Sounds setup questions

I'm wondering if anyone knows any store / shops / websites that are in UK / Europe so i can buy PS3 Japanese games (RPGs to be specific), I know there are websites which ship to UK, but i had bad experience of getting charged customs and handling fees and stuffs .. I would rather buy from a shop in the UK / EU which has all the customs and duties paid for.

Also, anyone know If it would be possible to use a USB sound card (creative X-FI GO) to output game & chat sound and allows the use of the mic on a headset plugged into the soundcard?

I use Fleabay for any imports I want as they are regeion free on the Ps3. Play Asia are quite good for music and memorabelia but every game I've ever tried to import from there says "not available for the Uk". Not sure why as there is no law saying you cannot import games.

It's because sony sued another importer and they ended up closing down and most of the other sites stopped importing sony consoles and games into Europe to avoid being sued although some sites do still ship to Europe whilst others will have limits on what is allowed like yesasia who will ship Japanese versions of games to Europe but not US versions or consoles.

It dosnt make sense though as why make the Ps3 regeion free in the first place? Sony themselves should be counter sued for trying to deny consumers their basic right to choose where they buy their stuff from.
