I recently purchased an RTX 3070 from here on October 30th. It's all been well but i keep getting the same update emails saying I'm 24th in the queue, I'm new to this site and have no clue if it's a bug or intentional or if I need to contact support or anything
 
Most likely explanation: your queue position has not changed because nothing has been delivered and nobody before you has cancelled.
