Well you get charged from a landline, so it would be rather strange to not be charged from a mobile.

it would depend on your package, i get charged for everything on my land line but my mobile has x amount of free minutes to mobiles and UK landlines but numbers like 0845 you get charged no matter what.

Not free on landlines either if its 0844. Only 0845 and 0870 are free on the BT Options.
