Just checking the website, to run a card is the only thing I need the display driver and nothing else? Not interested in vivo or anything, I will overclock with rivatuner.

driver -> defo needed.
CCC -> to change settings. needed unless you use a 3rd party app
vivo -> fancy extra stuff. no needed if you wanna play games and what not :p

you'll want to download the AVIVO drivers if you want to avoid the annoying new hardware found wizard on start up.

Ahh cool, I just downloaded the whole lot last time under broadband, never used a ATI before so I didnt know, and the CCC is bloody rubbish if you ask me.
Nvidia software is a lot easier to use, not saying their better just a point as this card is a cracking card, going to use 3rd party apps to overclock.

Then just disable those devices. No need to install drivers, and it won't pop up again.

Drivers only are enough, but you might need to adjust video settings. Drivers only has no tab like the older cards/drivers. :(

Drivers only is useless as you cant change any settings unless you install ATT or something
