Hi guys,
Just exited out of an Orange iPhone 4 contract. However there were technical issues a while back and it was exchanged for a new one at the Genius bar.
Orange are saying that they can't unlock it as the IMEI isn't on their system so I am assuming this is why (but it is definitely locked, iTunes says so when I go to activate my O2 sim).
So the question, can apple unlock a phone? and how would I get in touch? tried to call their tech support but they want £25 for an "incident credit" just so I can talk to them
Any ideas?
