Quick bit of help needed with shakes

Im going to the gym in a bit, and was wondering, would there be any negative effect of making my shake now and taking it with me? I only ask becuase I have to go somewhere straight after gym and won't be able to drink it for at least 2 hours after

answers on a postcard please :)
 
While not being an expert, what I have read would indicate that certain suppliments do become unstable after a short period of time when desolved. I think creatine is one of them.

You might be better putting the contents together and then just pouring in water/juice at the last minute before consuming?

Also, 2 hours after the Gym might not be the best time for a pwo shake as it needs to be consumed immediately after workout - like in the changing room immediate for the best results!

Just my opinion.
 
Yeh thats why I was asking, because today I can't get home and make the shake, I was wondering if it was ok to make and take it.
I can't do it in the changing rooms because it doesn't mix well..Its not got creatine in it, its impact 80 whey protein if that helps?
 
OK, i see.

How do you mix it? I have a mixer bottle from MP and you just put it all together and shake until it's mixed. Perhaps you could invest in one?

Anyway you should be ok to premix in this case. It might taste a bit weird tho if it's warm :)
 
how are you mixing it?
50g wpc in 3-400ml of water. should shake up more than fine.
