Quick check my specs can I do better?

The above is to go with a GTX295, with the idea of overclocking the 920 to 4.0GHZ if possible.
Will my current Corsair TX750W pack enough juice, and is my selected RAM o.k to overclock to 4.0?

Can't get that to run at anything above 1523mhz on my P6T. From looking at the QVL list, it seems that the board is fussy about high speed memory configuration.

Lol - no. The gigabyte UD5 board is quite a bit better. At £539.99 this week - its very good deal.

I'd get the RAM siumatfung suggested, there will be hardly any real-world performance difference.

Think I may well just go for the OCUK deal then if its a better board than the Asus and the ram wont make any difference, will save me pulling out my hair trying to overclock the Asus for 6 hours.
