Quick Cisco Router question

I've been messing with my 2503 router, any ideas what this means during the startup?

Notice: NVRAM invalid, possibly due to write erase

Means you have no configuration file.
Its nothing to worry about.

doesnt it continue to boot normally and get to a System Configuration Dialog section?

Its been along time since I did this stuff, but you should just be able to say No, or press control + c.

That will put you in user exec mode so you can get on with messing with your router.

I think a ? mark will bring up more info

What IOS version is running on the box?

Might be worth looking on the CISCO site for an auto setup script or something.
