Hi. I have a question regarding my CPU temps. When I run a certain addon for a game, my CPU usage and temps go up greatly. Whilst running this I used the cpuid hardware monitor and my cpu was pushing around 67-68 degrees, and cpu usage is up to about 70-80%. I was just wondering if this is ok and won't fry my cpu.. (this addon runs for about 5-8 hours each day)

I don't know a lot about the i5 2500 but I think your still in the safe zone but maybe you should be looking at a better cooler/case ventilation to get the temps down a little.
 
You be fine, If you get up to 80c then I would start looking at better cooling.

The CPU will throttle its self if the temps are to high, I think around 90c +.
