Quick crysis question?

Does warhead follow on from the the original crysis...because i've just had a wtf moment when the game ended :(

On a side note...crysis is frikkin awesome, i've played just about every fps there is and crysis is right up there in the top 10 :D
 
warhead it's not so awesome for me.... i get error slow downs for no reason :/ original crysis runned better on high settings than crysis warhead :/ and i bought the game not downloaded from steam or other shops :( i didn't complete original crysis but it looks like warhead follows on from crysis ending
 
I loved the original Crysis and i'm currently enjoying playing warhead. I've had a couple of crashes, and the game often slows to a crawl when displaying a load of new textures (like cutscenes and driving) for a few moments as they're loaded. In-between I get a great framerate (~35fps on my settings). I blame my 320mb 8800GTS and only 2GB of RAM, but I think the crash is related to a known issue that should be patched soon.
 
Ok...as it's another character can someone tell me if it will carry on past the point where crysis ended and give a proper ending? :)
 
For me it runs better than Crysis ever did, runs better than Crysis did on high at 1680x1050 using a mixture of high and very high.
