Just after a bit of advice on content experience-wise really: I'm applying for Desktop Support/2nd line kind of roles and I'm worried about the ammount of experience I'm mentioning. Its not that I have a ton of experience, but I've worked on lots of different sites in the last year and had a go at lots of different things. Should I make it a 'list' of things I know about or trim it down and be a bit more detailed on the important things? Thanks in advance you beautiful people.

TBH if it's first/ second line support, you probably won't need a ton of experience. Depends on the company/ role tho....

Mention the things that are most relevant to the role.
