Just bought this i7 system from Overclockers: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-210-OE&groupid=43&catid=2040&subcat=

The memory in it i think is this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-109-KS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1389 (Kingston HyperX Genesis 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Triple Channel).

Just looking at the memory tab in CPU-Z. What should the DRAM frequency be? I've used the XMP option in the bios but is my memory running at the right speed?

It should show 800mhz.

As the memory is double data rate, you will need to double what cpu-z shows.

OK cheers.

Before using the Xtreme Memory Performance option in the bios it was only running at 600 mhz, so ive had to used the XMP option to get it to run at the right speed? Shouldnt it have allready been running at the correct speed?

Also, are the timings right as per my first screen shot of cpu-z?

A bit of a late reply, the ram should have been running at 1600mhz, you would need to ask overclockers why.

Timings look good, the ram you linked to shows timing of 9,9,9 27, if you have any issues then you might need to slacken them.

Exactly what i was thinking.

Seems sorted now, so might leave it as it is. Just was a bit concerned as the XMP option has changed the memory to run at the right speed, but also changed the timings to run tighter thAn what the memory is rated to run at and was wondering if it was safe to leave it like that.
