Going to try an alternate drain solution.

Am I right in thinking that this:

Screws into an item such as block or rad, then I would use this:

To put on the tube? Looks like it has an incorperated compression fitting, is this right? Or would I need to use one of my compression fittings attach to it?

And where in a Enthoo Primo would be the best place for the drain? I have a bay res, quad in the roof and triple in the floor.

Cheers.

That's pretty much what I've got setup (e.g. QDC Male screwed in to the rad, QDC female with a small length of tubing attached - there is a compression fitting already on the female)

Ideally you need to put the QDC at the lowest point in the loop

So lowest point would be my triple rad in the bottom, do I want the QDC on the inlet of the rad or the outlet? I am presuming inlet so mavity can do its thing.

Be reminded that this fitting is ended with Female Threaded G 1/4 instead of the normal Male G 1/4 you saw in normal fittings.

Hence if you would like to screw it directly onto a rad you would need a male to male adapter fitting.

Shame there are no black ones in stock as all my compression fittings are black.

I have a few new ones for sale :D look at my sig.

Btw, be reminded that the Koolance Black fittings are very susceptible to rusting unless you use it with very decent anti-corrosion coolant like the Mayhem. It can be easily searched on Google.

I've now changed to Nickel Plated ones and they works like wonder :)
