quick either or question

To go with an Asus P5K-E and an E7200 I am unsure which is the best of the following for overclocking:

4GB Kit (2x2GB) 800MHz/PC2-6400 Memory Platinum Performance CL5 (5-4-4-18)

or

4GB Kit (4x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 CL 4-4-4-15 PLATINUM XTC

(or unless someone has a completely different suggestion?)

Probably the 2x2gb kit. It may have slower default timings, but it should do 1000mhz 5-5-5-18.
