Hi,

Have a row on results here, and was wondering if there was an easy way of changing the value from positive to negative easily ?

All i can think of is something like multiplying it by -1 and hiding that column ??

Highlight the values you want changed. Right-click and Format Cells. Go to the Number tab and choose the Custom category at the bottom of the left hand box. Click on General and then add a "-" at the beginning. You should see the Sample text change accordingly.

If your values are say 332.38 then just enter -000.00 and that should work OK.

Or just paste special a multiply by -1 rather than have a new row.
