quick excel query

Just a quick one,

I need a spreadsheet to go to another spreadsheet and fetch data from it.

I have 4 spreadsheets each one holds the info from each shift and their picking errors.

I need to fetch their total errors for one week into another spreadsheet.

Suggestions?
