Quick firefox question

I'm about to re-install windows.

Is there a way to backup my saved passwords so even once I re-install I wont have to go typing them all back in every site I go on?

Back up your profile - %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

Does that backup everything?
Including bookmarks & extensions?

Yup. If you just want to do saved passwords, it's key3.db and signons.txt in your profile that you're after.

Extension called firefox extension backup extension (FEBE) can back up everything and is an easy way to restore it - make a backup and then when you want to restore it, download FEBE on new system and perform a restore - does everything, cookies, bookmarks everything: really useful extension
