Quick Ghost question

Just a small one really- Is there any option to leave out folders from a Ghost backup?
Why-
Got a new Raptor arriving sometime next week, & the system drive wants moving onto that. Only slight trouble is that I'm currently using a 200gb drive Basically, I need to leave out My Documents & a folder full of videos on C to bring the total down to about 30 gigs or so.
The thing that may complicate life a little is the 10gigs Linux partition at the end of the drive that wants moving as well.

Before anyone suggests, this is on DVDs but I'm not copying 150 gigs worth of stuff back or reinstalling Windows ATM.

Why not just plug it into your system (with the current drive still in) then copy the entire thing over?

Because 200gbs aint gonna fit into 74gbs
I need to exclude the folders full of 'stuff' which I've collected, but its starting to look like Ghost isn't going to do this?

To answer your question no. Not in ghost 7 anyway. Im pretty sure I didn't see that feature in the lastest one either.
