Right i have eyefinity running sweet but when at my desktop if i maximise say chrome i want it to maximize in that monitor only rather than across all 3. I want this for windows. How do i do it?

you need to set up an eyefinity profile, and give it a hotkey (easiest method imo). then save the profile.

disable eyefinity, and set up the displays individually, choosing which you want as primary etc. create a new profile for this one and assign it a hotkey. save.

then, simply switch between profiles for the appropriate situation :)

u can get it too launch an app when you change profiles i believe.

Also i realize now why i didn't stick with that way :(.

When i change to extended then go back to my eyefinity profile it comes up with 3 cloned displays :'(

Any ideas?

its also screwed my extended profile as now my left monitor phsically is now my furthest right monitor :s

can't say i've had any weirdness like that. if i disable eyefinity, it goes into clone mode, which is annoying, but with profiles it's fine.

as for launching an app when a profile is created, i can't imagine many people going through the process of setting up a profile for each game you want to run, and you can't have it auto-revert after the games' finished...
