Quick help - matching RAM

Hi

Just a quickie, a friend has offered an upgrade of this for super cheap money: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-072-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=

Only problem is, I already have this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-064-GL

So the question is, they appear to be compatible, but would I be better off just shelling out the £35 for the matching GeIL stuff?

I'm running Vista 64 Ultimate by the way.

It will work fine, the faster C4 ram will just slow down to match your C5 stuff.

I'm running two 2x1gb of Gskill C5 and 2x1gb Team Elite C5 and it works fine, brand isn't an issue.

If it's cheap buy it! I only went for another C5 set because it was £17

Edit: I'm running 64-Vista Ultimate.

Yeah I've found Vista to be more responsive, and things like Alt-Tabbing out of games is notably faster. I mainly did it because it was so cheap and would give Crysis a hand. Worthwhile upgrade

Loading Vista and more importantly playing Crysis properly is exactly what I'm after.
